Day One (Sunday)

Dropped M at the airport - with some time to spare which was fairly amazing. Should we have dropped her at the train station as she suggested? Nah - like we would (oh wait, we've done it before but that was different!)

Animals waiting at the gate this afternoon for her to come home at the usual time.

Tinka, Beasley and Pearl chasing a mouse in front of the house - probably the one that had started eating the Blood & Bone in the garage.

Candice came and said she wasn't sure what to do as there was no water in Hermes' trough in the top paddock. Bravely took S with me so she could feed Hermes carrot while I filled the water. (Went back to triple-check the house and found that my pedometer had dropped out of my pocket.). Pearl helped with the hose.

Down to Main Beach for a late lunch after the airport - and to watch the water. Had tried to get into Peter's but it was absolutely packed.

Kids on the couches watching television with Suzanne. Even Tinka.

MasterChef - one will be eliminated each night until there are two left. Courtney Jimmy and Alvin won the crustacean invention test and get the advantage in tomorrow's pressure test by having a look and taste of it the night before, together with the recipe to study overnight. The Iron Chef was the guest judge.
