M brought back a new toy for Pearl - a yellow plush dog - which fits nicely in her mouth but which (sorry Pearl) doesn't squeak. S bought a new cat collar for Em because the other one is starting to vibe a bit tatty- but she has had it for a long while.
While everyone was off at The Ekka, I took advantage of the spare time to visit A and help with some more apps and downloads for her iPad - making sure she has plenty to watch while she is in transit and overseas. Hopefully she will like the one series I gave her - one of my favourites - so much so that I haven't been able to watch the movie they made after the series ended because I know there will never be new content - and possibly also because I heard that the movie - minus one of the main characters - wasn't that good.
The moon was magnificent over Latimers again this evening. And over the Ekka where the others saw it because they were in the stand facing the right direction. That's one thing about the moon - it shines on all of us - regardless of where we are - and helps us feel together even though we may be far apart.
