I don't know why it keeps threatening to rain but rather than risking getting ROM wet, I decided to go to Zarraffas for a coffee instead of doing the mowing this afternoon. I'm sure they appreciated the business.
By the time I got back to Latimerd I could see that it had been raining but not enough to actually prevent the mowing ... but by then it was too late. It was just going to be me, the computer, the iPad, the iPhone, the television and the furries. Actually two computers and two Ipads, because I had told M I would transfer her pictures off the iPad so she could load some for M - who issuing the iPad while she is in hospital. Our M thought it would be a good idea to load some pics of Latimers and environs for her. She started taking some today and managed a very nice pic of L and Jeannie - and she will try to get a nice photo of Sweetie (aka "The Bitch" tomorrow).
There is still no firm diagnosis for M although it continues to not look good. She is due to go off for more tests at John Flynn Hospital tomorrow. Unfortunately, as they keep looking they don't seem yet to have her pain control in hand - and it makes it difficult to lie still for tests if you are in excruciating pain - and it is. But they have a pain specialist on the case now and hopefully they will be able to better manage it.
S is enjoying her visit with her family in Kyogle and we have been able to be in contact using Skype technology. It really is amazing - and while I know that I do use it regularly, S doesn't. We've come a long way since tin cans on a string - and wasn't it incredible that that worked at all!
