Morning

What a wonderful morning! If only I had a 360 degree camera I might have had the ability to capture it. There was a golden glow from the sun rise, a brilliant white half Moon against the dark blue of the sky, dark rain clouds over the hills below that, and, behind B's shed, the faintest of rainbows. Who wouldn't want to go for a walk on a morning like this?

Tinka was acting a bit strangely at 4:30 this morning. I thought she was after cookies but when I offered her some and she growled at me, I knew it was something else. She was very interested in outside the front door but when I turned on the light, I couldn't see anything, She was on guard though… and, based on that alone, there was no way I was letting her out.

Tinka was still curious about the other side of the sliding door after her breakfast and she made it there by going out the back door and around. M saw her there too - and she went out to investigate… in time to save the wee lizard that gave up its tail to escape from Tinka.

Pearl seems to be a bit tired with the antibiotics but well enough within herself. While those pills might be palatable, hiding them in mince doesn't work any better than hiding it in chicken! So, this evening as M administered the table, both Sooz and I watched as M opened Pearl's mouth - being careful of her nose - and pushed that pill back in with her thumb.

I have found some more trivia players! It's time to find out more about Wednesday night Trivia at the Tallai Golf Club - and it might mean a call to them because the interweb doesn't have much - although I am prepared to accept that that might just be my Googling.

The Big House gave Sooz $25 Casino dollars in The Great Swipings … alas, she was the only winner today.
