Thursday

Biopic - who knew that it was a "bio" "pic"? I only realised today watching coverage of the controversy surrounding the new Nicole Kidman film "Grace of Monaco".

Syl was out at Latimers today - checking the caravan - so M was able to see it "up" for the first time. She said it opened like it was a "deck of cards" - I took that to mean interleaved. Sooz has seen it open down at Palmers Island - even been in it.

The moon was simply magnificent tonight. The ptolemy was in full effect so the moon looked huge on the horizon - and bright. And full. It really doesn't get much better than that ... driving on an almost country road on a moonlit night.

The three mares in La's paddock next to the lane road are well in foal. They are getting bigger and even if you didn't know they were pregnant - you'd be able to tell ... and that they just haven't been overdoing the lucerne. Two of them came down the fence line with Pearl and I this morning. Surprisingly, one of them was Choo Choo.

The Big House Dinner was good tonight - but it wasn't at Zen because Family n Friends dinner is planned for there tomorrow night. So it was Spinners - M had Fajitos while I had Butter Chicken - which was quite different this time than what I remembered. Not the first time it's happened of course ... but usually not at Spinners.
