The girls had Aqua this morning - but not An as she is still recovering from her shoulder surgery and won't be allowed back in the pool until it heals. That meant there were just four of them there ... I'm not sure how long such a low number will be sustainable for the class, but hopefully now that Spring is here, more people will start going back. One of their number, So, sent out an email recently checking when people would prefer to have their Christmas Lunch. I cannot believe that Christmas is within cooee ... it seems like just a minute ago it was ... well, much earlier in the year.
Fl was at Trivia tonight even though Mi sets off for New Zealand again tomorrow morning. But even Fl being there wasn't enough to get us back on that winner's podium. We were a bit further away tonight ... and, thinking about it, I think it's because we don't have St there to make us question our answers more closely. It will be good when they get back - but at this stage no-one seems to know when that is going to be!
Vi and So were back with An and Syl for just a moment - they returned from Broome yesterday, stayed overnight, and then set off back to Sydney this morning, taking Jesse (who truly had come out of her shell while she was staying with Max and Coco) with them. They were overnighting in Coffs Harbour tonight and had texted An at one stage during Trivia to let her know the subject of tonight's Australian Story - a now-politician who had served in the military.
